Many of our teachers have studied various types of yoga, such as Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, pranayama, meditation and yoga philosophy. Yoga: Most of them have been trained by yoga gurus, which means they can teach yoga strictly from a yogic perspective. With their help, you will better understand numerous aspects of asanas, breathing techniques, awareness, and the principles of yoga.
Sadhushri Ji
Yoga Philosophy Meditation
Sadhushri Ji is an expert in Indian Yoga Philosophy and meditation. He is particularly known for Vedanta, Upanishads, and Buddhist philosophy. His insights combine historical context, philosophical depth, and practical guidance for practitioners.
Key Highlights
Yoga Journey: He began his yoga journey at Divine Life Society Sivananda Ashram Rishikesh. His journey was challenging, but with time, he gained a strong foundation in spiritual studies. His journey has made him highly disciplined.
Teaching Philosophy: Sadhushri Ji has spent many years teaching students about the core principles of philosophy. He helps the students understand these principles and apply these principles in their daily life.
His techniques are simple and clear which makes the yoga teachings very powerful and effective for the students. Sadhushri Ji’s teaching style helps students move beyond rote memorization. He sees himself as a yoga teacher who shows them how to use it in their daily lives. His teachings encourage people to improve both inside and out. Mahesh Ji
Yoga Therapy Yoga Philosophy
Yogacharya Mahesh Ji comes from the beautiful city of Rishikesh, located at the foothills of the Himalayan mountains. He has dedicated his entire life to yoga. He has been deeply inspired by the spiritual teachings of Indian traditions and philosophy.

Yoga Journey: Mahesh Ji possesses an extensive knowledge of yoga. He acquired his first degree, B.Sc. from HNB Garhwal University. He completed his PGD and M.Sc. in Yoga from Uttarakhand Sanskrit University where he got a gold medal. He also has a Bachelor of Philosophy degree from Sri Dev Suman University, along with a Diploma in Yoga Therapy. Presently, he is studying PhD in Yoga at Uttarakhand Sanskrit University and is further specializing in Yoga.

Mahesh Ji is very specific in teaching exercises that are informative and include all the aspects of human life. He teaches them yoga and healing by combining ancient methodologies with modern teaching aims to make students effective and happy in their lives. Mahesh Ji is one of the most involved educators, who gives direction to those interested in advanced instructing, he carries the hearts of those he educates.
Vikas Ji
Ashtanga Yoga Hatha Yoga
Vikas is a professional Vinyasa yoga expert, passionate about teaching yoga. A Rishikesh native, he is passionate about guiding students on their yoga journey.

Yoga Journey: His pursuit of yoga started at The International Vishwaguru School of Yoga Ved Niketan Dham in Rishikesh where he grew his attachment to classical yoga. At present, Vikas is studying for a Master’s Degree in Yogic Science. He continuously develops and deepens his knowledge.

Vikas is known for his patience and friendliness. He focuses on students’ health along with the integrated approach that allows the teacher to develop the students and help to achieve success. Vikas is passionate about what he does and supports and encourages each and every student to make a positive change on their yoga path.
Aman Ji
Yin Yang Yoga
Aman grew up in a peaceful small town in the hilly region of the North Indian state of Uttarakhand, on the bank of the River Ganga. As the eldest child in his family, he was able to learn the values of persistence, tenacity, and dedication through the responsibilities that he faced.
Aman’s yoga classes are well-planned. His classes are designed in a way to increase energy and get his students into a deep relaxation zone. The nature of his teaching methodology is such that every single student is capable of developing and enhancing strength, as well as gaining balance in the physical and mental aspects of yoga training.
Aman’s passion as a teacher, combined with desire and dedication, motivates his students to enjoy their practice and also to practice to the best of their potential. Whether you are a newcomer or have been practicing for a while, the classes that Aman conducts will see you improve, build stamina, and find a balance. Rohit Ji
Kundalini Kriya Yoga
Kundalini Kriya Yoga trainer and teacher, Yogi Rohit Kumar has many years of yoga practice background and training knowledge. He has a profound interest in doing yoga. Aside from yoga, he is also an academic certified professional with an M.A. (English Language & Literature) and a B.L.L( Bachelor of Literature in Law) from recognized universities in India.
His counseling and yoga practices are tailored to each requirement and conditioning. Through discipline, endurance, and consistency, his yoga exercise reflects his immense knowledge of both the theoretical and practical approaches of almost all branches of yoga disciplines.
Through yoga, counseling, and training, Yogi Rohit Kumar assists his students in changing their lives and achieving harmony in body, mind, and soul. His passion and focus inspire those who want to use yoga as a tool for personal growth and improving the overall quality of life.
Shivam Ji
Yoga Anatomy Mantra Chanting
Shivam Rawat is a hardworking and experienced yoga instructor who has a good knowledge of Indian culture. He specializes in Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras, the Upanishads. He focuses on Buddhist teachings and practices as well. His teachings are not just about physical postures but also about understanding ancient wisdom in this modern world.

For several years, Shivam has been educating people and showing how they can use the ideas of philosophy in their everyday lives. He teaches his followers how to be reasonable, and make use of philosophy in contemporary society.
Yoga Journey: Shivam started his early practice in Divine Life Society, Sivananda Ashram in Rishikesh where he got a structured base in practice sessions.
Shivam applies biblical principles to the present in teaching students how they may live well-balanced lives. Shivam is known for his passion for both learning as well as teaching. He inspires his students to lead a mindful and purposeful life.
Vinay Ji
Yoga Philosophy
Acharya Vinay grew up in a Brahmin Family with deep roots in Yoga Philosophy and Astrology. He had a traditional upbringing where Yoga was a part of his daily routine. Yoga has been an integral part of his daily life. He was 12 when he started training in spiritual knowledge under the guidance of his father. He focused on various Vedas and Upanishads. His grandfather was a leading yoga practitioner as well. Though the components of this great wisdom of yoga were sown in him from childhood. It was through the mentorship of his Guru, Yogi Rudranath, in the Himalayas that Acharya Vinay fully embraced the spiritual aspect of life.
Acharya Vinay has years of experience in teaching yoga and astrology to individuals. His students are often those who seek personal growth and complete life transformation. His classes are designed to cater to yoga practitioners at all levels. Acharya Vinay actively engages in teaching and enlightening people learning the practice and processes of yoga and astrology to help people lead better, more fulfilled lives.
Acharya Vinay helps all his students to cultivate inner peace and helps them to achieve a yogic mindset. His students achieve harmony in body, mind, and soul. He empowers all his students to live a more meaningful and fulfilling life through the ancient wisdom of yoga and astrology.
Jeet Ji
Vinyasa Flow Mantra Chanting
Jeet started practicing yoga at the very tender age of twelve years, as a way of trying to fix his ears which had become partially deaf and a hyper acidic stomach. Through consistent practice, he experienced remarkable transformations. He began to hear and his body was fixed in balance.
In this personal journey, he emerged as an accredited Vinyasa Flow and Hatha yoga teacher. He has now become a mantra-chanting master with over ten years of experience. He has also taught in other countries where he has run certified 200 hrs and 300 hrs Teacher Training Courses recognized by Yoga Alliance LLC. Jeet’s teaching is not just about physical postures. He has guided students all over the globe and helped them achieve certification and mastery in yoga. He has a master's degree in English Literature and Yoga from England and is proficient in Vinyasa Flow, which is a major milestone for one’s career.
Jeet is the right person to teach yoga to anyone who wishes to advance his/her practice. He still feels responsible for guiding the transforming students through the most challenging and rewarding spiritual practice he knows – the practice of yoga. Jeet believes that yoga is much more than just a physical practice, it is a transformative journey of body, mind, and soul. He empowers his students to go through challenging yet rewarding experiences.
Rozee Ji
Aerial Yoga
Rozee Srichandran is gracefully known as the “Flying Master” of Vinyasa Yogashala. She teaches Aerial Yoga, a discipline she has practiced for more than 15 years. After spending five years in Beijing, she became an instructor of Pilates, yoga, and aerial yoga. She has encouraged students to face their fears and challenges in a way possible through the practice of mindful movements.
Rozee has studied many types of Yoga. She has perfect practice in numerous teaching techniques. Due to her passion for teaching, she encourages confidence, learning, and personality development among her students. Her skills, and her characteristics, make her not only a good teacher but a much-loved teacher. Apart from being a Yoga Practitioner, Rozee has been an Ayurvedic Lecturer in Yugoslavia which has helped her incorporate knowledge within her lessons. This gives her a unique position to be able to offer her students a well-rounded program on health and nutrition.
Rozee’s teachings are not limited to yoga; she supports, encourages, and guides her students. Her passion for teaching is matched by her friendly and approachable nature. She offers a well-rounded program that includes nutrition advice along with health-related advice. Her dedication, combined with her passionate teaching style, made her a stand-out teacher on their yoga path. She is not only an excellent instructor but also a very beloved figure among her students.
Deepak Ji
Pranayama
Yogi Deepak began his yoga practices in 2005 which led him to a personal transformation as well. He has a Diploma in Yoga and a master's degree in Yoga Science. Yogi Deepak is also registered with Yoga Alliance. His deeper commitment to yoga began in 2009 when he conducted a yoga workshop. It was only then that he was truly inspired and he moved to Rishikesh. He then pursued yoga as a profession.
In particular, Deepak’s specialization is Pranayama and Shatkarma, which can assist students in regulating their breathing and in turn, the operations of their Bowen’s and Bowenism treatment clinics. Since 2010, under the guidance of his Guru, Deepak has devoted himself to teaching yoga. Yogi Deepak’s teachings go beyond just teaching physical yoga postures. His focus is also on mental, emotional, and spiritual growth which makes him an exceptional guide for his students.
He is known to be friendly, always smiling, and easily approachable. Yogi Deepak is teaching not only yoga but also how to make real and long-lasting changes for his students. These positive qualities as well as his love for his teaching, and the ability to connect with everyone, individually, make him an excellent teacher who empowers people to change their lives for the better through Yoga. His ability to inspire change makes him a beloved and respected figure among his students.
Amit Ji
Hatha Yoga Alignment Adjustment Pranayama
Amit Rana is a dynamic and devoted yoga instructor with more than twelve years of experience. He wants his students to be healthy and happy, and yoga will do a lot to achieve that goal. His students find him warm, caring, and affectionate. He makes sure to guide every learner to success by offering direction to meet each learner’s individual needs.

Yoga Journey: Amit has obtained his Master’s degree in Yoga from the University of Sanskrit Vishwa Vidyalaya, Haridwar. He has a 500 RYT Certification from Yoga Padma School Rishikesh. He also qualified for a certificate course from Kaivalyadhama, thus adding to his knowledge. He has a training of over seven years in Iyengar Yoga, which teaches under Usha Mata and Praveen Nair. His specializations are Hatha Yoga, Iyengar Yoga, body positioning for individuals and groups, and Pranayama.
